Humble Pilates was founded by Rita and Noel, who met in New Zealand and share a commitment to building strong bodies and capable minds through progressive mat Pilates. After creating successful studios abroad, they have brought that experience to Boise with a clear vision: to create a welcoming but challenging space where people can build functional strength, improve resilience, and enjoy a more modern, athletic approach to Pilates. Humble is designed to feel grounded, clear, and community-led — a studio built around steady progress, real movement, and a stronger everyday life.
